TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of https://getrset.com (the 'Site') and any related services provided by Get Rset ('we', 'us', 'our'). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. ACCOUNTS AND ACCURACY
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including shipping and billing details.

3. PRODUCTS, PRICING, AND AVAILABILITY
We sell Supplements. All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, discontinue products, or correct errors (including pricing or availability errors) at any time. Product images are for illustration and may vary slightly from the actual product.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
By placing an order, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including taxes and shipping where applicable. Accepted payment methods include: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Diners club, JCB, ELO, Union Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay. We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship to: United States. Processing time is typically 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days (not including processing). Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by factors outside our control. Please review our Shipping Policy for additional details.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, including a return request window of 30 days from delivery (where applicable) and refund processing time of 5–10 business days. We may require proof of purchase and return authorization before accepting a return.

7. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
Promotions, discount codes, and special offers may be limited in time, subject to additional terms, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

8. PROHIBITED USES
You agree not to: (a) use the Site for unlawful purposes; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Site; (c) attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems; (d) transmit malware or harmful code; (e) scrape, copy, or harvest data without permission; or (f) misuse the Site or Services in a way that could harm our business or other users.

9. NO RESALE / COMMERCIAL USE
Purchases are for personal use only unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. You may not resell, distribute, or commercially exploit products or Site content without our permission. We may cancel orders or restrict accounts we believe are associated with resale or abusive purchasing patterns.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, images, and software) is owned by Get Rset or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

11. USER CONTENT (REVIEWS, COMMENTS)
If you submit reviews or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content in connection with our business. You represent that your content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe third-party rights.

12. FRAUD PREVENTION, CHARGEBACKS, AND ABUSE
We reserve the right to verify orders, request additional information, and cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized use. Misuse of chargebacks or payment disputes (including filing a chargeback after receiving a valid refund or delivered goods) may result in account restriction and may be pursued with supporting evidence to the payment processor.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Site and products are provided 'as is' and 'as available' to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Get Rset will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data. In any event, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

15. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Get Rset and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another.

16. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming/USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any disputes will be brought in the courts located in Wyoming/USA, except where prohibited by law.

17. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
